Another chimney repair before we crack into a large double extension. No hammers were used in the takedown of this one! Another winter and it would have been in the street below. 5 courses removed and rebuilt, meshed joints for stability re potted and launched!

Another large decking area! Weird set up on this one to prep the sub base but we cracked it, we are now just awaiting the frameless glass balustrade to finish this one off!

A downstairs toilet renovation, poor plumbing and install partially led to the need for refit! Some panelling and shelf to go under boiler to conceal pipe work and were done. ❤️ the marble floor tiles!

It’s been a mad first half of the year! Here are some of the custom projects we have been completing for some of you lucky folk out there! Here we have a renovation of an uneven patio space turned into a more usable family dinner and ‘brai’ area!

Working on a kitchen knock through and renovation we discover the previous attempt at a window knockout and sliding door fit didn’t go well. The previous, well, yeehaw, had either miss measured or had doors to wide so removed masonary from each return this removing the lintel support. We have since had to prop tooth out the original brickwork as re instate the original lintel support prior to new fold install. The remaining photos are work in progress from a kitchen/diner knock through. Kitchen and oak floor to follow!

After a short delay due to ground issues we finally have concrete in the ground for this little utility room extension! Dug out by hand 😅 to 1.2m deep!
