A project completed earlier this year. A grade 2 listed building was suffering with damp. Upon investigation the outside of the house ground level was the same as the inside. All roof down pipes were blocked and dead.
Works involved lifting all existing flag stones, reduce dig 150 tonne of sub soil, installing new french drain and down pipe drain and sewer pipes. Reinstating flag stones and we found a well and made it a feature. Photos are in order of works.

ARENA REFURBISHMENT- complete strip of all surface, drainage and fencing. Removal of old sleeper retaining wall/ replaced with a better strength block retaining wall. Complete new fencing carried out by CJA Contracting and all electricals completed by Signature Electrical Solutions Limited
