"Volker's home & garden improvements" have officially become a Ltd company as of 5 May 2022. We thank our previous and current clients for their custom trust in our workmanship and look forward to working with old and new clients in the future!

Thank you to Matias Greenwood the Handyman (aka The Bristol Cocktail Guy https://www.thebristolcocktailguy.co.uk/) for designing the new logo for us.

We are still working on choosing and preparing the photos of previous jobs for our portfolio but we are very busy at the moment so bear with us please. We will always send you photos if you're interested in a particular part of our work in the meantime.

Another garden transformation for a happy customer. Thanks to Ben Doherty and Paul of Old School Property Maintenance and Matias “The Handyman” Green for your hard work!
We managed to reuse the big blocks of Ashlar bath stone (that we took out of the back walls when we did the kitchen extension last year) to create Roman style steps and benches ( great stone polishing, Matias).
We dug the old pond out even deeper, fitted pump and filter as well as supplied lovely goldfish and pond plants).
Weatherproof garden uplighters and festoon lights fitted to new RCD protected outdoor sockets.
Sandstone patio in fossil buff laid to go with the Bathstone. Really pleased with the results!

We have fitted a variety of kitchens from various manufacturers including IKEA, B&Q and Wickes. We can sort out the design with you or fit what you have designed with the manufacturer. Our services include moving or installing plumbing and electrics as well as building/moving/removing walls and installing new floors as well as all the painting and decorating that may be needed to complete the job - we pride ourselves on delivering the (almost) complete package. Gas and electrical installations to be completed and certified by registered installers.
