Been a while since we finished this extension, but the customer has just sent me this video they made now that it is finished, it was a very good job, perfect customers, only stick in the mud was the donut of a electrician they used.

I have not posted any updates on the extension as we have run into an issue, I will say that the customer is 100% happy with our work, but hired his own electrician and plumbers for the necessary works. Unfortunately this has backfired on him big time,the chap he has hired to do the electrical work has messed him around big time, he never turns up when promised,has missed certain important things, cut along story short he has at present taken longer to do the second fix electrics than it took me to complete a 5 x 7 metre extension including kitchen fitting.
I can't name him at the moment but suffice to say that he has cost me and the customer a lot of money.

Quickly fitted a grp roof in between the wet weather, I am a big fan of the Stronghold Flex GRP system, even though I have training for three other systems I think this is very good, its reasonably priced and as the name suggests it has a lot of flexibility so no micro fractures and less movement noises some of the other systems seem to suffer with
