Just been sent this pic of a Nearly-finished house at clachtoll. Loving the use of stonework to the lower section , beautifully executed by Oliver MacRae, and the main build by Lewiston group.
The front elevation has a fabulous glass gable with views over clachtol bay.
Lucky to have a client with lots of ideas and commitment to the project on this one .

Some quick snaps ( must go back and take some proper photos !) of a lovely house & granny annexe at lochcarron. Always a good plan to invest in stone on the prevailing wind gable - just fab. The main house is in white tenet and larch with endless views across the loch , and a neat timber-clad annexe next door for the client mum. Was an absolute treat to stop by and see this complete

Sonja’s super cool cabin ! I often get asked to do small scale holiday lets , and this is one of the nicest . Retaining the original stone wall and using simple shed style has worked really well. Well done

2 fasach, Glendale. Simple structure inspired by vernacular sheds whilst maximising the views with a highly insulated ,light, open plan home. Clad in blackened larch.

Some pics sent to me by a lovely happy client of her house mid build. It’s a super insulated timber frame with a very open feel inside. Nice red roof ( I love a red roof ! ) and larch cladding with glazing across the whole of the front to face the loch at errogie.
