Another transformation complete

This downstairs shower room has been taken to the next level with large format porcelain tiles, finished in a stunning high gloss. From floor to ceiling — and even the ceiling itself — every detail was carefully installed to create a seamless, luxury look. High-spec materials, precision workmanship, and a real eye for detail brought this space together. The reflective finish enhances light and space beautifully, giving the room a clean, modern feel.

The client was absolutely over the moon, and honestly… so am I. Results like this speak for themselves 🔥

Complete new family bathroom project completed. Another over the moon client.

These beautiful Daisy 🌼 mosaics on the floor and off white subway tiles on the walls have added a fresh aged look to this bathroom.
No trims, so formed the detail around tiles with Raven colour grout same as the walls and floor.

I really enjoy working with original handmade quarry tiles and Blue fired tiles.

These tiles are originally made by O.P. Platt and J.Ceramics.

O.P. Platt quarry tiles manufactured by Daniel Platt who died in 1941. These particular tiles are well over 100yrs old. Dating back to the Victorian area.
The company continued as Platts LTD. after that time, and the business was purchased and relaunched by a different company in 1988. Therefore, “OP” on the Platt tile indicates it was made by 1941.

J.C quarry tiles refers to the manufacture “John Ceramics” which was another company manufacturing quarry tiles. This particular company has no dating, but due to its name “Ceramics” it would indicate mid 1900’s, due to its modern company name.

Production of quarry tiles dates back to ancient civilisation, very popular with Egyptian, Roman area and earlier.

The cleaning process is a we bit labour intensive, but has to be to get a floorless results.

Due to the cleaning process makes for a beautiful finished floor, perfect for an outside building as this particular client has done with the outside small building.
