Alex believes in providing a value for money and efficient quality design service by qualified professionals. The practice has been working extensively on projects for the National Trust over the past 5 years and is currently dealing with a variety of projects for them. With this relationship and working partnership with the National Trust the practice can provide invaluable help to those considering repairs or alterations, conversions or extensions to historic and listed buildings. The practice has successfully designed and built a number of contemporary houses and offer a bespoke design service. The practice presently works for a number of regional developers, Housing Associations and private individuals. Here a complexed roof restoration he dealt with the required listed consents, bat licensing, renewables, historic specifications and works schedules whilst overseeing works onsite for the National Trust
