Out with the old, in with the new.

Out dated kitchen with an antisocial layout, now redesigned into a big open plan kitchen dinner with french doors out to the garden. A great space to cook and socialise or dance with the Sonos music system and ceiling mounted speakers.

A classic shaker design with a modern design, wood grain cashmere door with Carrara quartz worktops, all topped off with with Karndean Van Gogh Tortora Breccia Marble

Nice easy bathroom refit………… or that’s what we thought.

The bathroom had a 80mm height difference from one end to the other. After ripping the bathroom out, we realised the steel holding the old gable brickwork had failed and started to sink. This had taken the floor joists, stud walls and door frames with it.

After finding rotten and split floor joists, we had no other choice, we had to rip out the steel, brickwork and install new level floor joists.

4 weeks later we have a nice new LEVEL bathroom.
