A job we did last week in south Milford
🟢take down old fence and remove posts

🟢new 4x4 fence post across the back and across the wall

🟢apply 4x2 across fence post to create a shadow gap across the bottom

🟢apply fence panels.

Customer is over the moon with the finished product and can’t wait to start the garage conversion and rending for them soon 😊

🟢wall knocked out to make a open plan hall instead of a small porch
🟢timber frame built for the ceiling
🟢peeped ready to plaster using 12.5mm plasterboard, angle beads, skrim type and pva
🟢finished of with plaster

A job completed in Woodlesford this week

🟢cut out damaged area where the leak has damaged the ceiling.
🟢re boarded the area with 12.5mm plasterboard
🟢skrim tape joints to old ceiling, pva’d old ceiling and beaded velux
🟢 plastered in to existing ceiling.

🟢37.5mm insulated plasterboard to ceiling
🟢12.5mm plasterboards dot and dabbed to the interior brick work
🟢prepared the plasterboard with skrim tape and angle beads ready to plaster
🟢using multi finish to plaster the extension

Customer is happy with the finished results!

🟢built boxing in around steel beam joining the kitchen and extension using 3x2 cls
🟢 boarded steel beam using 15mm fireline plaster
🟢plasterboard the extension using 12.5mm plasterboard
🟢prepped ready to plaster with skrim type and angle beads
🟢plastered using multifinish
