To avoid anymore 1 star google reviews. We have now contacted everyone who was booked in today 🤞 or we believe we have. We currently have no van its in at Mark Stonehouses in Lingdale. Crazy morning with the van and a 7 week old baby 😬. Apologies to everyone we didn't get to and didn't contact. If we have missed you drop us a message and we will rearrange.

First one for the day. The handle on this door was just spinning round 360°. Sure sign of a gearbox failure. Door opened and replaced. Fixed ✅️

First full day back at work after what’s been a bit of a whirlwind month 😅

A new baby and a house move in the same week, followed straight by Christmas… it’s been full-on to say the least!

I really appreciate everyone’s patience while I’ve been off. If you’re waiting on a quote, you’ll start receiving them today, and all outstanding quotes will be sent out by the end of tomorrow. Anyone waiting to get booked in will also be contacted today.

And yes… people who owe money will also be getting a friendly reminder 🙄😂
If I’ve missed anyone, please don’t hesitate to drop us a message or give us a call — I promise it’s not intentional.

Apologies to anyone we had to cancel or rearrange last week, we appreciate everyone's patience and understanding.

Our new baby arrived a few weeks ahead of schedule, three days before we moved house!

It has been an absolute whirlwind of a week as you can imagine but we are now back working although on limited days/appointments.

We will always do our best to get to you in an emergency so please give us a ring if you're locked out or your door isn't secure.

CCTV and alarms are continuing now as normal if you are booked in already - or if you are wanting a quote, please drop us a message or call and we will get you an appointment arranged.

Again, thank you all for your patience whilst we took some time out as a family ❤️
