This week sees Burbage RFC kicking off the 25/26 season with our first league match away to Aylestone St James RFC!

After a long pre season the lads are chomping at the bit to get stuck into regular season rugby! 1500 kick off at Jimmys! Go well boys bring home that W!! 🏉💚🤍

As a club, we don't have the facilities to run a minis and juniors section, but we're passionate about inspiring young people in our village to love rugby. We reached out to both schools in Burbage, and Sketchley Hill Primary School asked for our help with equipment.

We're incredibly grateful to our sponsors for making this possible. With their support, we've provided Sketchley Hill (who just happen to be the reigning Leicestershire Schools Tag Champions!!) with new playing kits and tag accessories to help them continue their success on the rugby field.

We're excited to see these young players thrive and who knows maybe become the Burbage RFC players of the future! "
