Be it furnished or otherwise, an inventory is essential to protect your property and its contents. Our in-depth Inventory reports clearly state the age and condition of all items. We list detailed information on the condition of ceilings, walls, windows, flooring – and all your appliances too. We even include your garden if you have one. All this is supported by colour photos to avoid mistakes or disputes. It’s important to you that we’re both flexible and dependable. After all, circumstances in the rental market can alter very quickly. We know there are so many services required when changing a tenancy that even the best laid plans can go to ground. So we understand that you may need to juggle with your booking, either postponing it or asking us to fit you in for an earlier slot.
