Room fully stripped, prepped, sealed with zinsser gardz and lined with wallrock.

Ceilings finished in tikkurila ar2.
Walls finished in crown clean extreme magnolia.
Woodwork all prepped, 1 coat zinsser bin, 1 coat haftprimer then 2 coats benjamin moore scuff x super white

Chimney breast stripped, sanded , sealed with zinsser gardz, filled, sanded then 2 coats crown clean extreme white

Spindles, stringers, newel posts and under stairs
1 coat zinsser bin, 1 coat caparol haftprimer then 3 coats isomat aqua eggshell in off white (panna cotta).

What a job this one was. Ceiling stripped as paper was all falling off then all the loose plaster scraped back till solid. Ceiling had all cracks raked out and then the whole lot sealed with zinsser gardz then all cracks taped and skimmed. All deep areas where plaster was removed were skimmed out with a couple coats of easifill 20 until level with the rest then the whole ceiling was skimmed with finish filler(rolled on then floated out). Finally all sanded and then mist coated, then 2 full topcoats Tikkurila Ar2.
Walls all prepped(cracks raked out and taped/skimmed. Looked like the whole place had been painted with a brush so all walls had a good sand down with the dustless set up. All gaps at tops of skirtings and around facings filled with paint warrior painters mate. Finally walls all finished with 2 coats crown clean extreme polished pebble👌

This kitchen had all bust tapes removed and replaced, all popped screws re-screwed, all sanded with dustless sanding set up and then Zinsser BIN applied to most of the walls to cover all the stains.

Fillers - Easifil 20, Toupret 1 hour and finish filler.
Ceiling - Tikkurila Ar2
Walls - Crown Clean Extreme Polished pebble

Bedroom had all bust tapes ripped out and replaced and all defects filled.
Walls had to be stain blocked in some areas with Zinsser BIN stain blocker.
Ceiling - Tikkurila Ar2 White.
Walls - Crown Clean Extreme Polished Pebble.
