We laid the original flooring 2 years ago but the client wanted a change to brighten up the hallway…

From a dark plank effect floor to this fabulous looking Herringbone oak effect flooring!

We also put this scaffold board shelf up and a large mirror! WOW what a difference this has made! 😍

🐮 OLD DEAN FARM 🐮

That’s a wrap 🎬 Our project at Old dean farm for is complete!! Modernising while remaining true to the properties antiquity and historic charm😍

- New Picture rail, window boards, Skirting, plinth blocks and Architrave throughout
- Rehanging the original doors from 1876 with modern black ironmongery
- Fitting out the utility/Boot room with a working area, Oak worktop and creating a oak bench with storage
- Forming the original concrete steps to the utility with a skirting board string and oak risers to match
- Creating a 4th bedroom/office, we removed the existing handrail and formed studwork and added a new door
- 80m2 of glued down Oak flooring

Finishing off with a chopping board to compliment the new kitchen 😍

Preparing the sub-floor is the most important part before laying a glued down Oak flooring!

Even after laying the Ply, it makes a huge difference to the living room 😍 The flooring will seamlessly flow into the Dining area and kitchen
