British Summer Time a good day to post some photos of some recent work.
I have been doing a lot of repairs and restorations recently.
There always seems to be a window that needs repairing and some need a full restoration.
The photos of the two panel door with the transom window with number in was a commission along with the two panel door with the three smaller above.
Both customers were very happy.
The photo of Monk Barry I came across which is a self portrait I painted when I first got my kiln back in 2005.
It wasn't very good but I think its not bad for a first attempt.
I don't really look like that! Its funny though.

It will soon be coming to the end of another busy year at the stained glass workshop.
A year of restorations on old grade 1 and grade 2 listed buildings along with new commissions from customers who enjoy the beauty of stained glass in their homes.
Here a few photos of what have passed through the workshop recently.

Here are a couple of windows ive been working on recently. Two partition windows in a new build timber house in West Suffolk Fens and two panels for an internal door in Colchester. In between these I am repairing and restoring stained glass and lead light windows.Busy!

A new commission recently installed in a house in Pakefield.
The owner of the house lives not far from the promenade where once the horse and carriages passed by on their way to Lowestoft.
I have added a few photos of the window I took in my workshop before the window was installed.
One very happy customer!

The sun is out, spring is here and summer is on it's way, the best time to have your windows restored and have that window commissioned!
Im posting some photos of the restoration of a window at St Mary's Church in Stoke By Nayland.
The window was vandalised a few years ago and it has now been fully restored.
