So our newbuild project in Cheshunt has come to an end. We have had some challenges with this one but we wouldn't have got to this stunning final product without the help of our team.
This high class finish 3 bedroom house was put onto a bit of land of the owners house, knocking down a detached garage and splitting the land in 2 and it looks as though it's always been there.
Few final touches to finish before we move onto the next one 💪

who started the project out of the ground with the groundworks, all brickwork and then final landscaping with patios
with all of the electrics again on this whole project
with all of the plumbing and heating services
with the full house skim
with any materials we could possibly source from them

We would like to wish every one of our customers, followers and suppliers a very merry Christmas and a happy new year.

We have had a huge year at JLM Contracting and we wouldn't be where we are now without the trust and custom from our clients but also the trust and support from all of our trades we work alongside. So a huge thank you to everyone.

Next year already looks to be another very busy year but for now we have some quality family time and get back to the grind in the new year.

So we had a huge Xmas push to get some jobs finished before Xmas starting with this full living room revamp!
New media wall built full wall around an existing log burner. Complimented beautifully with the naked blonde oak herringbone flooring and new skirtings 😍

Customer was over the moon that we managed to complete it all before Xmas and a good push from the whole team.

So we recently had a customer of ours contact who we done a media wall for a few years back and ask the question 'can I make my media wall bigger and more of a feature'

The answer is yes we can 😍 we extended this media wall from a chimney breast to a full wall with shelves and spotlights and what a difference it makes!

A very busy week this week tiling the surrounding floor of the indoor swimming pool at our large project in welpond green. We previously completed the feature wall and granite coping stones but came back this week to tile the floor and I must say ..... WOW!

Very tricky in parts with not much room and a lot of cuts around the humidifier vents system but we do what we do best 🔥

Grouting to be done next then onto the wetroom in the same tiles and doors to finish.
