Built last week a very long planter reinforced with cross braces. 28ft L x 2ft 6 wide x 15 Inches high. Fully screwed and bolted construction. Another one that will not blow away easily.

16 x 16 Pergola, with planters and removable hanging side screens. Posts are 6 x 6. All pressure treated timber. One off design for a very particular customer. You wont find one of these in B&Q.

Removed existing rotten deck and rotten deck frame.Built new frame in 6 x 2. New decking boards. All in pressure treated timber.

This turf was previously laid by a 'reputable' supplier/fitter but had just been thrown down by a couple of lads and badly trimmed. I removed the turf, regraded the bank and reset the turf including bonding invisible joins. A very happy customer who I have had the privilege to receive other landscaping projects in 2019 such as the heavy steps shown in my other albums.

A bathroom built under the eaves in a large study. Stud wall water pipes, waste pipes, electric supply. Doors, architrave lighting, Fitting out and decorating all done by myself and my team. Fabulous quality plastering done inside and out by Ashleigh Ellison, Shepshed made the decorating easy.

Believe it or not this is not brickwork. This feature wall was done by myself before Christmas 2019 using brick slip tiles and rough grout. Also three pine shelves finished in French polish to give that rustic effect.

One main bathroom and one En-Suite. Completely gutted and refitted out to a high standard. The main bathroom was fully tiled and needed wall boarding and plastering. Wall chased and rewired for lights. LVT Flooring and decorated. Ive put a few "before" photos in too.

3 metres long, giving access to the upper part of the garden. 400ks in weight.

Complete house makeover prior to sale August / September 2019. Kitchen fitted including rebuilding raised floor prior to installation. Complete garden makeover and decorating throughout. Garden was shoulder high with established weeds. Weedkiller used one month prior to work starting. Shed and fences repaired, new gate built, house painted, patio jetwashed and re-grouted.
