Great to get planning approval and building regulation approval on this project .
Through the planning process we were able to navigate planning approval with a redesign through the process. Meaning the roof was lower than perviously submitted .Along with satisfying a right of light query highlighting that we were within the rules and regulations of planning polices.
We were able to still achive the same floor plan as originally design as it was paramount creating 4 bedrooms . With a innovative staircase design we were able to keep the landing running through on the 1st floor meant the flow of the 1st floor will feel original .
The ground floor now boasts seperate porch , utility room , large open plan kitchen and snug with bifolds onto the garden .
Proud to say this is the 5th job we have carried out on this road in burgess hill .
