We needed to cut the old supporting beams out and replace with new by putting a hole in the front of the house to get the new ones in.

This weeks job completed. We took off the old slates re-felted, battened and put new slates on.
We replaced the old rotten fascia’s with new and new black guttering. We also gave the underside a freshen up with cladding.

A bit of a steadier week.
I’ve finished at the Wrington job for a while now. The oversite and drainage are all done ready so the brickies can carry on.
We also went and gave APS a hand for a day with a small garage knock out ready for them to fit the steels next week.
