Emergency boiler installation for a private landlord on short notice, tenants had no hot water or heating for 3 week's, soon as landlady whom I've dealt with for many year's. Was aware of this situation no thanks to the letting agents not carrying out their job punctually and effectively, I got the tenants up and running within 2 day's after being contacted.
