Got called out to a leaking fitting at 12.30am this morning. Not properly soldered when house was built lasted all this time then gave up yesterday causing damage to ceilings carpets and laminate flooring. If anyone has an emergency my call out fee is £80 with £50 for first hour. This midnight call out was resolved for £150. Keep me in mind if you have trouble.
