‼️⚠️‼️⚠️URGENT NOTICE - PLEASE READ IN FULL⚠️‼️⚠️‼️
It has come to our attention that a local window fitter is fraudulently using our company name whilst visiting customers properties to measure up.
They are using local community pages such as “this is Swad” “spotted: Ashby” etc where homeowners are posting/asking for recommended double glazing installers.
This individual is then contacting these homeowners, booking them an appointment & attending peoples properties with a female.
On arrival they are telling the customer they are from Reputation Windows, which they are not!
I would like to make it ABUNDANTLY clear to everyone….. if EVER you have an appointment booked regardless if it’s a 1st measure/design appointment or a final measure to order.
These appointments will only EVER be carried out my by myself (Flozz) or Domonic.
We will attend your property in our sign-written vans, dressed in our branded company uniform.
I am beyond livid, and feel sick to my stomach with anger.
I am in the process of liaising with the police in relation to this matter and may seek legal action if needed.
For this reason, at this moment in time I am not able to disclose the individuals in question nor can I publicly disclose the social media pages they have set up.
To safeguard YOU as homeowners and US as a business. I must stress, unless you receive direct contact from me on our registered works telephone number or works email to schedule your appointment, ITS NOT US you are booking in with!
We DO NOT schedule appointments on Facebook messenger / instagram/ TikTok at all!
I manage absolutely ALL customer correspondence in & out of this business, nobody else.
If I have not personally booked you in, then it’s not Reputation Windows you are dealing with!
Moving forward, I will be giving all scheduled customers a password. To confirm the appointment is a genuinely being carried out by a legitimate team member, myself or Domonic with re-confirm this password with you on our arrival!
I cannot believe I’m even having to come on here and say this! Or put these measures in place to protect you & us! I’m not sure if we should be flattered or embarrassed?!?
These 2 individuals are purposefully using our well established company name in an attempt to falsely gain customers trust & obtain entry to their property.
I believe they are attending together in an attempt to con people into thinking it’s myself & Domonic?!?
This is disgraceful behaviour! It’s fraudulent, misleading and potentially damaging to our Reputation as a company that we have worked tirelessly for years to build.
Under NO circumstances will I allow ANYBODY to take advantage of our customers & potentially tarnish our reputation as a business!
Blood, sweat & tears have gone into building this company from the ground up. HELL would have to freeze over before I allow anyone to destroy it.
