One of the most basic skills of any bathroom fitter is a water tight neat sealant job , unfortunately this is all too common with new build properties, the bathtub incorrectly fitted , not even reaching the tile line , leaving large gaps , the tap set was wobbly allowing more water to leak below , the waste pipe seals crushed , all problems corrected and a fresh bead of Dow Corling sealant tooled in .. now it’s ready for many years leak free use , just got to fix the water damaged ceiling below now

Some before and after photos of a makeover / freshen up for a lovely retired couple in thetford , the place had been left on a shocking state by previous resident , three coats of Dulux Matt emulsion and Satinwood and a lot of sanding / filling , plus some new doors and the upvc windows restored , call or message if you’d too like your home improved ❤️
