If you’re building a garden annexe for a loved one, future-proof accessibility shouldn't be an afterthought - it’s the key to lifelong independence.

A successful living space adapts to changing needs over time, ensuring it always feels like a welcoming home first, and an assisted environment second. We achieve this by removing physical barriers from day one. This includes using level thresholds to eliminate trip hazards and planning all internal doors to be at least 900mm wide. We also incorporate "hidden" engineering, like reinforcing walls during the build so grab rails can easily be added later, and pre-routing cabling for medical alarms.
