☀️ Another project completed and ready for the sunshine!

This one was a great transformation from the start. The existing patio had been laid on soil, which had caused movement and a slope towards the garage leading to water getting inside.

We began by installing a solid hardcore sub-base to create a strong, long-lasting foundation. To solve the drainage issue, ACO drains were fitted to direct water safely away from the garage 🚧💧

Sleepers were also installed to neatly cover the old concrete retaining wall, giving the space a much cleaner and more modern finish.

A couple of days into the project, the customer asked us to update the steps and garden path leading to the garage—no problem at all, and it really helped bring the whole area together.

It was our first time working with Hammersmith Beige porcelain, and we’re really impressed with the final result 👌

Another project completed for a valued repeat customer.

Following previous work on their driveway, we were invited back to assess a raised Indian stone patio. Although the area had recently been jet washed and the slabs had cleaned up well, there were several loose flags and the jointing had significantly deteriorated.

Given the patio was over 10 years old, we recommended a full lift and re-lay to restore both its appearance and structural integrity.

Our process included:
• Lifting the existing slabs
• Preparing and re-compacting the base
• Re-laying the original stone
• Applying ProJoint Titan epoxy resin for a durable, long-lasting finish

The use of epoxy jointing ensures the patio remains stable and resistant to future jet washing, helping to maintain its appearance for years to come.

This project highlights that effective results don’t always require a complete replacement — a professional restoration can deliver a high-quality finish while maximising the existing materials.

Project Complete ✔️

Following our Bank Holiday teaser, we’re pleased to share the finished result of this full garden transformation.

The existing garden was largely covered with old concrete flags, which, after removal, were found to have been laid directly onto clay/soil. To ensure a long-lasting and stable finish, we excavated the area to a depth of 150mm and installed a fully compacted hardcore sub-base.

We then laid 55sqm of Rose Ancient Grey porcelain paving, creating a clean, modern outdoor space. A gravel border was installed around all paved areas to support effective drainage and improve overall durability.

Additional works included installing new copings to the existing dwarf wall, along with a contemporary slatted fence and gate to provide a safer and enclosed raised area for the family’s children.

Another high-quality installation completed, and a pleasure to deliver this project for our clients. We’re now moving on to the next project for another member of the family.

The sun finally made an appearance—just in time for our customer to enjoy their newly transformed garden 🌿☀️

This was a challenging, tiered space, but we got to work bringing the customer’s vision to life.

We extended the lower patio using Kandla Grey porcelain slabs, creating a modern and spacious seating area. The middle section was reduced in size to make room for two sleeper planters and a fresh artificial lawn, adding both structure and greenery.

The old timber decking was completely removed and replaced with sleek composite decking, finished with a stylish balustrade. We also reworked the layout by removing the original steps and installing new sleeper-framed steps for improved access and flow.

To complete the transformation, we installed contemporary slatted fencing and a brand-new gate giving the garden a clean, cohesive finish.

🌿 From Mossy to Marvellous! 🌿

Is your lawn looking tired, patchy, and full of moss and weeds? Take a look at this recent transformation — a clean, sharp, low-maintenance garden ready for the summer months.

For this project, we completely removed the existing lawn and old soil before installing a solid hardcore base with a grit sand layer to ensure a perfectly level and long-lasting foundation for the artificial grass.
To add structure and visual interest, we installed a sleeper planter, which was backfilled with beautiful golden gravel, helping to break up the space while keeping the garden low maintenance.
Finally, we laid 21 sqm of artificial lawn, giving the garden a fresh, natural look that stays green all year round — with minimal upkeep.

The result? A neat, modern front garden that looks great in every season and will be perfect when the sunshine finally arrives! ☀️

Here’s our first garden refurb of 2026 — and what a way to start the year. A fresh, sharp, modern finish that completely transformed this outdoor space.

The customer came to us with their own design, and we got straight to work bringing their dream garden to life. They wanted a larger seating area for their garden furniture, so the first step was taking down the existing wall, relocating it further back, and rebuilding it with concrete block. We also introduced new steps leading up to the back gate for better access.

To improve both appearance and practicality, we removed the old manhole eyesore and installed ACO drainage to help the patio drain properly. The patio itself was finished with 900x600 Kandla Grey porcelain, while the wall was clad in matching porcelain wall tiles for that clean, modern look.

The finishing touches included a stepping-stone pathway and a brand-new lawn to complete the space.

The customer even managed to capture a brilliant photo of the garden in full sunshine on Saturday — and it really shows the transformation at its best.

💫 Latest Project in Brandlesholme 💫

This garden was ready for a complete overhaul after the customer had been focusing on indoor renovations. With two young children, the space needed to be transformed into a safe, practical, and enjoyable area for the whole family.

We began by extending one set of steps and fully rebuilding another for easier access. The patio was extended further, creating a total of 40sqm finished in beautiful Kandla Grey Indian Stone. To frame the area, we added sleeper edging around the patio, giving it a clean and natural look.

The final touch was the installation of a small fence and gate — ensuring the garden is secure while still looking inviting 👌
