Time for a different one! 🙌

Not every garden has a stone patio and lush lawn. Some have an old mill pond with a load of former railway sleepers by the side of it.

We have combined the two, to create a highly unique walkway through the pond. (Last picture of me in some waders!) The customer is thrilled to have what they visioned in their head come to life.

To build this, we have first constructed concrete blocks under the water to act as supports. The wooden sleepers are then slid into position (they weigh quite a lot!) and bolted down. Once the first sections, which rest on the supports, are in position, we can then 'bridge' the other two sections on top to create the walkway. Wire mesh is added for extra grip on the wet surface.

Now its time to look for frogs and newts!

Final result! What a transformation this one is! 🤩✨️🙌

We have installed brand new walling to tie-in with the house. Extending this blend into the new raised beds, ready for planting!

A new coffee table patio provides that perfect afternoon chill out spot!

And we couldn't have done a job without adding some brand new lush turf. 🌿
