We’re pleased to have achieved Cyber Essentials certification, helping make sure we have the right protections in place to keep our systems, data and business secure.

It might not be as exciting as a new product or a warehouse full of stock… but it’s another important part of making Melba Swintex a stronger, more secure and reliable business to work with.

Giving materials a second life is an important part of what we do.

At Melba Swintex, we’re committed to a closed-loop recycling process, helping ensure products are recovered, reprocessed and manufactured into new products wherever possible.

Through our recycling programme, products can be:

✓ Returned at the end of their service life
✓ Reground into reusable material
✓ Remoulded into new products
✓ Put back into use, helping prevent unnecessary landfill

Today, we process over 350 tonnes of post-consumer PVC and HDPE plastic every week, turning recycled material into products used across the traffic management sector.

It’s all part of our commitment to manufacturing responsibly while supporting a more sustainable future for the industry.

40 years at Melba Swintex!

Yes, you read that right… 40 YEARS!

Yesterday we had a little surprise celebration for Netti to mark an absolutely incredible four decades at Melba Swintex.

A lot has changed around here since 1986, but Netti has been a constant throughout it all and we couldn’t let a milestone like this pass without making a bit of a fuss!

Congratulations Netti, and thank you for an amazing 40 years!
