You need to be an all rounder with jobs of your own already, a good reputation and many happy clients.

Skills required,
Carpentry,
plumbing,
painting/ decorations,
fast fixes for tenants
management of other trades,

Own tools and vehicle are a must.
In return we will develop a long term working relationship, fair payment and will build trust for you to handle much of the property refurbishments.
Initially and continually we will oversee any work, to ensure quality of finish and happy tenants in properties.
You will probably be a sole trader, must be insured, have been working for a few years, alone or in tandem with others that you trust.
