A little job we've recently bossed off in Birch Vale.
A leaky chimney!
We replaced an old mortar flaunch from around the base of the chimney and replaced with new lead flashing.
No leaks anymore! Problem solved!💪

Hope you're all enjoying this sunshine!

Not posted for a while as weve been very busy with various projects..

This is one of them, a recent indoor floor replacement.
On this occasion we replaced a very dated internal timber/carpet floor with beautiful reclaimed yorkshire stone flags.
Incorporating 150mm mot base, DPM, 100mm concrete subfloor, 150mm insulation and topped off with these beautiful reclaimed yorkshire stone flags (pointed with hydraulic lime)!
A lovely charming touch to a period property.
