Well it's been a bit of whirlwind 1ST YEAR OF THE CUTTING IN QUEEN PAINTIG & DECORATING. I can finally say ... well done molly. There's been tears and 2 brushes ;) with death but Vincent van gogo is gone and vinny van yesyes is here and I'm so proud of me !!! My dad Geoff has been my rock through this and I wouldn't be here without his help through thick and thin , and for designing my chaotic brain and bringing my logo to life , which I had to also soft launch , Vincent make over coming soon 💅🏼✨🫢🫟🎨

I cannot tell you how me and my client are still sane after this bedroom Reno. She forgot what it was like to have a bed (8 months pregnant) I got electrocuted twice. The skirts were green, then we went with the whimbourne white to match the ceiling down to the picture rail followed by colour matched to f&b lichen Full replaster job, full window resin rebuild, full electric rebook, under the radiator build, full menty b also x ooowwew and let's not forget the new carpet and the fitters that cut the 5 coat skirting boards the whole way round , so i also had to reprep and paint them ..... BUT LOOK. life isn't just a come in and slap dash , it's a lifestyle and I'm here for it ✨💕🏡🌲

Come and sprinkle some paste to paper magic 🪄 in this little girls room , wallpapering will forever fascinate me it remind me of Forrest gumps saying 'life is like a box of chocolates , you never know what you gown get' every paper at every price is a labour OF LOVE and always a challenge even with my , proud to call myself a decorator and I love love love seeing the personality of paper light up a room. I am so pleased to finally shown this beautiful room off. Proud is an understatement of how much has gone into it ! All low VOC products used with no oil / shellac products or primers - so many coats have been applied to be safe and suffice for 0 pigment 😂 but here it is - can we just appreciate the colour combo - and I made my first scalloping shelves ( with my clients dad which was a really fun experience and the skills are forever growing ! White tie 2002 / bone china blue / little Greene bronze red 🚗🪁🌝

When I tell you being a decorator isn't just adding paint to something it's fixing everyone else's mistakes and half arsed efforts. This job pushed me to my limits in more ways than every single one could have , endless ammounts of prep , going back over on little things and just adding so much to something. But LOOK miss. Cinnamon sunset is doing her thing over there - SHINING and so was I after I finished that last roll on the wall!!!! emulsion used with grey primer underneath- the best primer I've used tbh! Not everything goes smoothly / will run over and it's ok to talk about it pls we are not alone 🤣
