Other Insulation Types: While not as problematic as spray foam, any significantly damaged or ineffective insulation (e.g., mineral wool that's compressed, wet, or infested) can still be flagged by a surveyor. It might indicate underlying issues like leaks, damp, or pest problems, which could affect the property's structural integrity or energy efficiency.
