New LVT flooring for this kitchen area!

This open plan flat had the same laminate flooring throughout. We have cut the laminate out across the area using a track saw to create a straight, clean transition. Now the kitchen feels like its own space within a larger area.

This home had tiles installed throughout, so we degreased, applied grit primer and laid smoothing compound to ensure the area is flat and smooth. Once the smoothing compound was properly cured, we installed this showstopper of a floor. Now the area is bright, with a natural feel that lifts the whole space.

Unfortunately, there was a large leak at this property, prompting our customer to have a total rip-out.

We have applied a DPM sandwich, utilising moisture tolerant smoothing compound and an epoxy resin DPM.

This herringbone LVT is a customer favourite and looks absolutely amazing here!

Limed Oak herringbone LVT installed for Rachel & Paul 🀩

A big job here. Laminate flooring uplifted, 10mm smoothing compound applied to get us back up to existing skirting height. Then we have installed this beautiful herringbone LVT with a one plank border and 5mm design strip across ~80mΒ².

This property threw a couple of curveballs. We have neatly scribed along the split face tile feature wall and created a bespoke curved finish around the bullnose step. It is always worth the extra time and effort for the finish πŸ‘Œ
