Nice easy Saturday morning.

Massive crack going through the celing, it was scraped out and scrimed up. 2 coats of SBR and 2 coats of plaster sorted this right out.

Leak Repair & Ceiling Restoration
​The Issue: A leaking roof caused significant damage to this ceiling, requiring a full strip-back.

​The Fix: Removed the damaged plasterboard, treated the area with SBR and installed a new board.

​The Finish: fresh skim to blend seamlessly with the existing ceiling and walls. Ready for paint! 🛠️

Nice bit of patch work today.
As you can see the plaster had cracked, due to plasterboard being nailed up and not screwed.

We put some screws in the joists to make sure no further cracking would appear after my visit. Customer was over the moon with our services as always
