Full House! 150 pots of seed in propagator number two. Took a few days to get them all sown, and a few of the first batches are already germinating! Meanwhile in propagator number one, 8 week old Adenium seedlings are coming along nicely.

Its a bit quiet on the flowering front in the greenhouse at the moment, so I thought I would share a photo of the first flowering of this one of our Echinopsis hybrids from last year. Four years old seedlings. The tray had to come on a 500mile road trip with us to visit family, as they flowered over the weekend we would have been away. We thought it was worth it though.

We are pleased to announce that we will now be the U.K. distributors for ZW Lithops who have bred some exciting new cultivars in the last few years. Currently we have a seed list and seedlings will be available in the spring. If you would like a copy of the seed list email us at [email protected] These are a few of their introductions:

Not much chance of anything exciting happening in the greenhouses today, but we have been enjoying the Lewisia rediviva flowers in the last few days, before they go down for their summer(!?) rest. The white ones seem to be a little ahead of the pinks this year. Hopefully there will be more events this time next year to take some to, we're not sure they would post well.😃
