This lovely chocolate box cottage, I've been looking after this now probably 10 or 12 years. So this year I've had to cut out some cracking and repoint with lime putty. Then redecorate the entire outside, so, all walls, windows and beams. Always a pleasure to look after something like this 😁

This was a second building on the same property, as the customer was so pleased with the first. We had to create a new pad further away for a new oil tank, just to stay in the distance regs. So much the same as the one before, concrete and block base, With a timber superstructure above, this is the customers new wood shed which is why he wanted an opening window, just to help dry the wood.

This Was a lovely project to do, large storage shed created and built from scratch. During the build it turned into a storage and wildlife observation shed , with large window and seating, all insulated ready for winter.

Two bedrooms, completely stripped back. All cracks addressed. Radiators moved and renewed and completely plastered and decorated out.

Cupboard under the stairs, new larder/pantry storage created and built in.

Old cast bath taken out , wall boarded, all new tile work and tray. I lovely new shower that my elderly customer can easily access.

New wall installed and door. Providing an extra bedroom to the property, adding value.
