This room just got a full refresh.
Tired, uneven walls and ceiling taken back to basics, then a smooth finish applied throughout. The bay window and feature fireplace are really going to stand out once it’s decorated. Shout out to the customer for all the cups of tea provided!

A productive week — completed several patch repairs, boarded and skimmed a hallway, and carried out a full bathroom reskim along with a few other jobs.
Looking forward to the week ahead: starting with a large ceiling skim, followed by boarding work, filling in chases, and a full skim of a lounge.

From ‘rough and ready’ to ‘smooth and level’.

Dealing with an old chimney breast often means uneven surfaces and crumbling corners. This one needed filling and levelling.
Once the prep was done, it was time for the fun part: a fresh skim of the chimney breast and both alcove walls.
