Ref: 22/1009/FFU - Planning and building control approval received for the er****on of a single storey rear extension and part two storey side extension, which included the addition of a convertable garage and the removal of an existing chimney stack.

Ref: 23/1017/FFU - Planning and Building Control approvals have been received for development of a residential dwelling in Camberley. The proposal involves the demolition of an existing conservatory and pool enclosure, together with the demolition of an existing studio within the roof area above the existing garage. These works allow for the subsequent devlopment of single storey front and side extensions, as well as a new bedroom with ensuite above the garage. In addition an existing chimney is to be removed to allow for a new corridor at first floor level between the existing landing and the new bedroom area, and a new infill extension will provide for a new utility room.

Ref: 22/P/00957 - Planning & Building Control received for this garage conversion in Effingham. The development provides for both a utility room and a guest bedroom with ensuite bathroom, whilst retaining some storage capacity.
