Recent Patio Transformation Completed In Swavesey

Old worn patio fully dug out and removed before excavating down to the correct levels ready for a proper new installation 👌

We then installed and compacted a solid MOT Type 1 sub-base to create a strong foundation built to last and help prevent any future movement or sinking.

Approx. 30m² of Kandla Grey Indian Sandstone laid with matching Kandla Grey block edging, finished off with a custom half-moon border around the existing tree 🌳

Finished using a basalt jointing compound to give the patio a clean modern look while keeping it durable and low maintenance.

Really happy with how this one turned out 🤝

Job complete.

Full clearance carried out to the side of the building, including the removal of heavy overgrown brambles, vegetation, mud and waste material from the area.

Over 30 tonnes of spoil and unwanted material excavated and removed from site. Area then reduced, levelled and prepared using machinery before MOT Type 1 hardcore was supplied, spread and compacted to create a solid and durable base.

The finished area is now fully cleared and suitable for the customer to park and access lorries down the side of the building.
