We’ve not posted for a while, due to working on a growing project, originally planning to remove cladding from front and side of house, replace the fascia and soffits and guttering around the whole property.
Which after finding rotten roof battens resulted in also removing 2/3’s of the tiles damp proofing, re-battening, cloaking, re-fixing the tiles and filling the Gable ends
Resulting in a fully watertight property and a beautiful finish with the use of Pale Olive Hardie Boards, Bright White Fascias and Soffits and Black Guttering.
It was a pleasure working for this Customer and his Partner and giving them such a high quality finish to their home.
