We have transformed this rental property bathroom that was in desperate need of a refurb.
Even the subfloor had to be replaced as years of water damage had destroyed it.

Removing the bath and relocating the towel rail has allowed for a great size shower and much more needed floor space.
All supplied and installed with a quick turnaround, we got this space back up and running in no time!

Here we have recently completed two ensuites and a bathroom in a family home.
The mixture of brushed nickel, walnut and natural stone porcelain work great together giving a luxury look and feel.

All of the rooms have had an extensive level of work carried out on them, all of the shower enclosures have been enlarged with one ensuite wall moved and the bathroom layout changed. We also installed a sliding door to the smaller ensuite to utilise the space

Here we have recently installed a Howdens Allendale kitchen. We have given plenty more storage with all appliances integrated for nice clean look.

Our customer chose the design with dove grey frontals on top and dusk blue below which gives a really good contrast. The worktops are a slimline 22mm marble effect compact laminate as are the back boards. All electrical work has been tided up and an up to date fuse board installed.

*Heritage home family bathroom*

Here we have a completely remodeled stunning family bathroom.
The original space in this Grade 2 listed property was a mix up of disasters and aged design, the space was split up into small rooms that simply did not work.

The customer is delited with their new bathroom especially when they found envisioning the end result very difficult which is fully understandable looking at the before photos! After designing the new layout and working closely within the conservationist specifications we have done this property justice. Great care was taken to restore and expose as much of the history in this bathroom as possible.

A large task for this project involved raising, levelling and securing the floor as the original height difference between one end to the other was over 150mm! There is hidden storage space, a free standing bath and a great size 1400 x 900 shower tray.

*Kitchen renovation*

We have recently transformed our customers kitchen to create a more modern usable space.
This Allendale kitchen with 22mm worktops has been redesigned with a new layout allowing for a built in oven and microwave, an integrated dishwasher, fridge freezer, extractor unit and bin.
We have fully decorated, installed new LVT flooring and added a vertical radiator to finish the space off nicely.

We have upgraded this bathroom giving it a more modern look with striking green wall tiles and olive green statment furniture. The water pressure was very poor from the shower so a new pump was also supplied and installed.
The LVT oak flooring and led mirror light finished the room off nicely!

This old rundown property was in desprate need of a new bathroom!

*Bathroom renovation*

We have completely transformed this
Manor Farm house family bathroom by opening up the space and turning two rooms into one.
The original shower room was cramped and the bathroom location didn't work as you had to walk through it to gain access to one of the bedrooms.

Working closely with the customer, we designed the new layout to their needs. This project was fully supplied and installed by DDC and the traditional themed furniture, metro tiles, wall panelling, lvt flooring and Little Greene colour scheme all really work together to give a fantastic end result!

*Property Renovation*

As part of one of our ongoing projects here we have created a great extended family kitchen space.
The Chilcomb kitchen with quartz worktops has solid wood doors and panels all custom painted to the customer’s choice of colour. The quickstep chestnut flooring gives a great rustic feel and the (nearly) finished results look stunning!

Other jobs we are working on in this property include a new bathroom, bedroom alterations, new staircase, doors and utility room install.
