Madingley Mulch is looking for a reliable and motivated Part-Time/ Full-Time Shop Assistant to join our wonderful team.

Job Summary:
As a Shop Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting with various tasks in the shop. The ideal candidate is able to work independently using their own initiative and can adapt quickly to a fast-paced work environment.

Duties include:
• Greeting customers and providing friendly and efficient service.
• Assist customers in finding products and answering their enquiries.
• Loading items into customers cars.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the shop floor.
• Restocking and pricing products
• Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sales (POS) system.
• Answer customer inquiries in person, via phone and email regarding products, pricing, delivery, and other store policies.
• Assist with visual merchandising displays.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.

Requirements:
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent teamwork.
• Flexibility to work weekdays and Saturday Mornings depending on store needs.
• Possess an ability to learn and adapt quickly.
