It’s that time of year again… snowdrops!
We have these single snowdrops ‘Galanthus Nivalis’ on sale currently at the nursery in 1L pots for £4 each/3 for £10. We are also offering a limited amount of these in full trays of 8 x 1L pots for a further discount - £24 a tray (just £3 per pot!).
These always sell out very quickly, and we won’t have anymore available this year once these have gone, so get your order in quick! (Pictures show the actual plants we’re growing and what you can expect to receive).
Each pot contains around 6-8 flowering sized bulbs, and most pots also contain some smaller bulblets, which will mature into flowering bulbs within around 2-3 years.
This is a great way to bulk up the snowdrop population in your garden for a bargain price! Usually you would see potted snowdrops with just a few bulbs per pot for around £5! So this is a cracking deal on snowdrops ‘in the green’ and already growing, which is always the best way to buy/establish them, as dry bulbs often fail. Planting bulbs like this in the green ensures they will naturalise and return year after year. Snowdrops naturally spread by themselves over the years, to form large groups and eventually carpets of snowdrops! They prefer a part shade position, that doesn’t completely dry out.
These have been potted up into the perfect sized clumps, ready to plant and establish in your garden. We recommend these are planted soon after flowering (or can be planted straight away, if you’re careful with them when planting).
These can be purchased now at the nursery for £4 each/3 for £10, but full trays of 8 must be preordered by either messaging us on here, or to 07592 258801, or by email to: [email protected]
*full trays are a Facebook only offer and must be preordered. This full tray offer is not available on our website, or to walk in customers at the nursery.
Once you have placed your order, collection is from the plant nursery at: 6 Bell Hill, Histon, CB24 9JQ. Full collection details will be sent after ordering.
*Please note: we have currently run out of pic/info labels for these, so each tray will just contain a white stick label with the plant name written on.
