Every day for over 100 years, a member of staff at the Botanic Garden has taken manual weather readings for the Met Office.

This is now the job of CUBGโ€™s Met Office daily reader and Assistant Horticulturist, Katie Martyr. She records the Botanic Gardenโ€™s weather readings from the previous 24 hours around 10am each morning.
