The number of people believed to have Non Coeliac Wheat Sensitivity (NCGWS) shows why this is an issue which needs more awareness. And this doesn't even include undiagnosed Coeliacs 😞

Whilst I can't diagnose you (that is a job for a medically professional like a Doctor or Dietician), once you are aware .no.wheat can help with food options, recommendations and recipes! 😊

Sadly there isn't an M&S where I live so whenever I visit my parents in Norwich I make a beeline for their local Food Hall!
The fact that their range is called 'Made Without Wheat' is heaven for someone with a wheat intolerance! And they do some amazing bits including a favourite of mine...Wheat Free Vegetable Spring Rolls! 💜😊
