Another job Nailed!
This wall was in bad condition, to the point that it was letting water into the house and destroying the wall inside.
Peeling paint sorted, holes in the mortar sorted, all made water tight and painted white.
Needs another coat, but we are well on the way to this house being watertight again!

Well this was my latest job in the blistering heat!
A flat roof that the roofing had cracked and let water in, leading to rot. There were a couple of rotten parts, so the wood was replaced, extra precautions were taken, with a bitumen undercoat, butyl tape and bitumen over that. Then underlay and the top layer and all nail holes and seems were sealed with Bitumen.

Took 2 days, but I’m quite proud of this!

I have been painting it with a brush, to make sure all the nooks and crannies are filled, and the wood has soaked up plenty paint!
There is an art to painting a fence … it is not just slap it on and hope!

Driveway in the 3 stages of cleaning!
Left - as it started out.

All cleaned, cleared up and sanded the following day!
