IMPACT Architecture commenced on this project after planning permission had been obtained.

We've helped by producing Stage 4 - Construction Drawing Package, along with preparation and submission of building control full plans application. To relieve responsibilities on the client, we've worked hand in hand with the building control officer to ensure all provided information complies with Building Regulations.

We're pleased to be collaborating with HLI Midlands on this property based in Hucknall, Nottingham.

This project includes many different aspects:

1. Garage Conversion into ground floor Bedroom + Ensuite

2. Single storey rear extension incorporating second Kitchen to aid self contained unit on ground floor

3. Detached new build garden annex/ pavilion

Groundworks are well underway with 85 tonne of earth excavated so far in getting ready for the first on site building control inspection prior to mass fill foundations.
