Today we were awarded another contract for Miller Home’s, no better way to end the week!

One of the sites we are working on for Miller Homes, had a NHBC Quarility Control Review before Christmas and we achieved a top scores for our standards. This is the second site in two months!

Here is a snap shot of the Show Home’s that the directors visited and complimented last week. The Show Homes at Abbeyfields , Hucknall are opening this weekend.

It’s been an outstanding couple of weeks since returning from the Christmas break.

Ashberry Home’s, Horwood Gardens, in Leicester had a visit from the National House Builder Council (NHBC). They conducted a Construction Quality Review (CQR) and we achieved the highest score for the standard we are producing. A score of 6 meets the NHBC standard and the work seen can’t be improved upon!

Our external Health and Safety consultant conducted our quarterly Health and Safety Inspection at Bellway Home’s, Royal Park, in Nuneaton. Which scored 90%. Yesterday the same site was informed that they had achieved the highest customer care rating in the region over the past three months.

And finally today three Show Homes we have recently decorated at Abbeyfields, Hucknall for Bellway Homes received a visit from the directors prior to them opening and they complimented on the spectacular decorating!

It’s always great to receive praise from the contractors we work for. Thank you to all the workforce that made these praises possible.

It’s been a strange year for everyone, the construction industry has struggled due to shortage of materials and we have struggled due to the shortage of labour.

However we have stuck together as a team and we have got through everything that has been thrown in our direction.

There have been some great highs though, being part of 5 sites teams that won a NHBC pride in the job award and 1 site that achieved the NHBC seal of excellence award.

We have also completed 10 outstanding show homes that really have show cased the high standard that we strive for as a company.

Thank you to everyone that has worked so hard this year to help us achieve so much.

We recently received a certificate from
Bellway Home’s thanking us for our invaluable suppport we gave to James Bridges, the site manager at The Spinney. In November James won the NHBC Seal Of Exellance award for the second year in a row.

We recently completed a new Show Home for Miller Homes West Midlands Region.

The work completed was to the usual high standard that we have produced over the past 65 years. Furthermore the feed back received from the Miller Home director was “One of the nicest Show Homes they have seen in along time” ...... outstanding!

Brilliant to have some positive feed back in these uncertain times. Thank you too all involved from the D D**e and Son team
