Top Tips for Watering your garden during the heatwave

1. Water in the evening when the sun is on its way down

2. Give the base of the plants a real good soak

3. Mulch the ground around the plants, this helps keep moisture in

4. Don't waste water! Re-use washing up water, its perfectly fine for your plants

5. Use a watering can instead of a hose to reduce less wastage and target the roots of your plants
