Out with the old, failing felt roof and in with a brand-new GRP fibreglass flat roofing system! 👌

Me and the team put in a serious shift today, working late to make sure this project was completed on schedule. A fantastic effort from everyone involved, especially with another busy week ahead.

✅ Second flat roof completed this week! ✅

Another successful installation using the Sika Lastic flat roofing system. We’re pleased to have got both of these jobs completed before the rain arrives on Sunday! 🌧️

Most importantly, that’s two more satisfied customers and another pair of quality roofs built to last.

✅ Another Flat Roof Completed! ✅

As promised, here is the finished result of this large 50m² flat roof renovation.

We stripped off the old worn felt system and installed a brand-new 3-layer torch-on felt system. The first layer going down is 18 mm interlocking decking boards. Then a perforated underlay, which acts as a venting layer to prevent trapped moisture and blistering. We then installed a high-performance underlay, finished with a top-grade mineral felt cap sheet for maximum durability and weather protection.



A great-looking finish and, most importantly, a roof built to last. 💪🏠

All work comes with our workmanship guarantee for complete peace of mind.

We also installed Bird spikes to the chimneys to stop birds nesting and debris falling down the chimney.

Getting ready for next week’s project!

Today’s job completed ✅

We fitted Bird spikes to the ridge tiles on the roof to help prevent birds from nesting and causing damage. We also added a flat roof extension onto an existing flat roof using a high-quality GRP fibreglass flat roofing system for a strong, durable, and weatherproof finish. 🏠🔨
