Traffic Management Services

We are recruiting for Traffic Operatives to join our Traffic Management division of our company, we are seeking keen reliable sensible operatives that will receive training and Police Vetting in order to become accredited to perform a variety of Traffic Management duties both night and day shifts, in Kent and other counties and Central London.

We require mature minded individuals who have their own transport and can be self sufficient as all deployments are very busy and can be challenging due to the high volumes of traffic that we manage at a vast spectrum of major events. Training and uniforms are provided after the vetting has been completed successfully.

Today our Flag will be flying at half mast as we say our final goodbyes to our Operations Manager Stuart Hogben.

Again we would like to express our sincere Thank You to all those who have generously donated to the Go Fund Me campaign.

For those that cannot attend the Funeral being held at Barham Crematorium near Canterbury at 4PM Today, please take a moment to think of Stuart.

Thank you for the wonderful heart warming messages that have poured in following the news of Stuarts passing on 25TH April, we have all been deeply touched by the messages and especially his family and his 3 children ❤️

We are today mourning the loss of one of our Management Team, who sadly and suddenly passed away on Saturday 25th April following a major heart attack.

Stuart Hogben had worked for the company for a number of years and performed a variety of roles within the organisation. Stuart was a very popular team player, a friend to everyone, and someone who would always light up the room on any occasion. He will be truly missed by so many who worked with him across multiple deployments, including some of our major events over the years.

Stuart was a devoted family man. He adored his wife, Becky, and his three children, Elliot, Oakley, and Poppy.

All at Right Guard Solutions are naturally devastated by this sad and shocking news, which we share with our wider network.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the security team at the Bullring in Birmingham and to West Midlands Ambulance Service for their combined efforts on Saturday.

Please respect the family’s privacy at this very difficult time.

Following the recent sad news of Stuart Hogbens sudden passing, the Funeral has now been confirmed – Thursday 4TH June at 16.00 at Barham Crematorium, with the wake being in the Grand Hotel Folkestone from 17.30. As a family request, please don’t feel you have to wear black.

A huge well done to our CSAS Traffic Team who were deployed in Dover and Op Brock over the weekend. Despite working under considerable pressure and navigating the numerous challenges presented by the EES System at the Port of Dover, you performed exceptionally well, all while enduring extremely hot conditions.

Right Guard Solutions had a lovely day supporting Canterbury City Council at the Canterbury Unlocked event at Dane John Gardens and Westgate Towers. Providing a full package of Security, Medical Cover, Traffic Marshals, Traffic Management and Barriers, the team ensured the event was safe, organised and enjoyable for everyone who attended. The sun was shining, the crowds were out, and people of all ages came together for a really enjoyable day of entertainment.

Over at Detling Showground, our Parking Team did a fantastic job keeping things moving at the Kent Garden Show. With vehicles flowing steadily throughout the day and customers leaving with beautiful flowers and plants. A large, busy event like this is always a challenge, but the team handled it all brilliantly.

The bank holiday weekend also saw our Security and Parking Teams out at the Chatham Food and Drink Festival. A lively, good atmosphere with plenty of food, drink and fun, and our teams were right there making sure everything ticked along safely and smoothly throughout.

Well Done Right Guard Solutions – 16th Year ACS Audit!

Right Guard Solutions has once again successfully completed our annual ISO 9001 and ACS audit.

Our external assessor was accompanied by our Managing Director, Tony Smith, whilst visiting various sites and venues across Kent and London and conducting the full company indicator audit. As always, Right Guard Solutions excelled, demonstrating ongoing professionalism and compliance, not to mention the hard work applied throughout the year. With further digital innovations and technology being introduced, our organisation continues to go from strength to strength.

Our dedicated and loyal workforce demonstrated their knowledge, experience, and customer service delivery during the assessment. Positive feedback was received on numerous levels across various sites, recognising our continued efforts and ability to remain consistent. Our valued clients also provided honest feedback and evidence of their satisfaction.

As we proudly mark 35 years of trading, this achievement reflects the commitment, consistency, and professionalism of our entire team.

We would like to thank all of our hardworking field-based operatives, as well as those working behind the scenes who keep our busy organisation running every day of the year.

Thank you to all involved in last nights recruitment evening!

It was great to see so many keen and well presented individuals that arrived to meet some of our team. It’s always lovely to meet new people keen on wanting to join our organisation for a variety of reasons whilst wanting to gain experience with the professional company of Right Guard.

Those that attended had the opportunity to learn the numerous career progression options we offer accompanied with various training options through our sister company Mission Training based in Canterbury.

We look forward to processing our applicants from last nights evening and will hold another recruitment evening very soon!
